<br />Eight (8),Nine (9),Ten (10),Eleven (11),Fourteen (14) and Sixteen (16) in Block Thirteen
<br />(13) and Lots Ten (10),Twelve (12),Fourteen (14) and Sixteen (16) in Block Two (2) all in
<br />College Addition to west Lawn in the City of Grand Is land,Nebraska;tha.t more than two years
<br />have elapsed since her death,and that no administration has been had upon her estate in the
<br />State of Nebraska,or elsewhere that the real estate belonging to the d eaeased,passed and
<br />descended by operation of law,as follows:
<br />To Daniel W.Poore,an undivided One -third O interest.
<br />To Lillian C1ark,Anna Ziegler,Edith Mader,Roscoe W.Poore,and Stanley C.Poore,her children,
<br />an undivided Two - thirds (213) interest,and the same is hereby awarded to them and each of
<br />them,to have and to hold to then and their heirs forever;that the claims of creditors,if any
<br />such there be,are hereby forever barred and precluded.
