<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF
<br />CATHERINE E.POORE DECREE DETERMINING HEIRSHIP.
<br />DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 21st day of February,1927,this matter came on for hearing on the petition of
<br />Roscoe W.Poore,for a determination of the time of death and the right of.. descent of the prope
<br />of Catherine E.Poore,deceased,after due notice by publication as by law and the order of thiE
<br />Court required had been given to all persons interested,including creditors of said deceased,
<br />as to the tiAe fixed and place appointed for hearing said petiti on,and this being the day
<br />so fixed for hearing,Roscoe W.Poore,was duly sworn and testified and from the evidence produc
<br />Court finds that Catherine E.Poore departed this life on the 23rd day of May,1919 while a
<br />resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebra.ska,and that she died intestate;that at the time
<br />y

<br />of her death she was the owner in fee of an undivided One -half (1) interest in Lots One (1),
<br />Two (2),Three (3),Four (4),Five (5),Six (6),Seven (7),Eight (8),Nine (9),Ten (10),Eleven (11)j,
<br />Fourteen (14) and Sixteen (16),in Block Thirteen (13) and Lots Ten (10),Twelve (12) Fourteen
<br />(14) and Sixteen (16) in Block Two (2),all in College Addition to West Lawn in the City of
<br />Grand Island,Hall County,Nebra,ska. That more than two years have elapsed since the death of said
<br />Catherine E.Poore,and that no application has been made in the State of Nebraska,for the appd�int-
<br />ment of an administrator of her estate,nor has her estate been administered upon in the Statp of
<br />Nebraska,or elsewhere.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased left as her heirs and only heirs at law,Daniel
<br />W.Poore,her husband,and Lillian C1ark,Anna Ziegler,Edith Mader,Roscoe W.Poore,and Stanley C
<br />Poore,her children.
<br />That the real estate belonging to the deceased,upon her death passed and descended by operation
<br />of law as follows;
<br />To Daniel W.Poore,her husband,an undivided One -Third {) interest therein,and to Lillian
<br />Clark,Anna Ziegler,Edith Mader,Roscoe W.Poore and Stanley C.Poore,an undivided two - thirds (2/3)
<br />interest therein. That no claims have been filed against said estate,nor have any creditors
<br />appeared at this hearing,and that all claims of the deceased,if any such there be,should be
