FINAL DECREE <br />AM 4 Egli UJIDUT327- <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />21 <br />!� In the matter of the estate <br />1 <br />of FINAL DECREE. <br />MARTHA J.HARRISON,DECEASED. <br />i <br />I Now on this 3rd day of September,1926,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report <br />i4 of Richard L.Harrison,Administrator of the estate of Martha J.Harrison,deceased,it appearing <br />to the satisfaction of the court that notice as required by law was given to all persons <br />I <br />interested in said estate of the filing of said petition and of the time fixed for final <br />settlement thereof and that no ob'ection�:or <br />� protest has been filed. <br />1 <br />j On examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct itL all respects and <br />i <br />ought to be allowed and that said administrator has accounted for all of said estate coming <br />i <br />' into his hands or under his control and that no personal property remains in his hands for <br />distribution. <br />It is,therefore,considered by the court that said report be and the same hereby is approve <br />I ' <br />ii <br />and allowed as and for the final account of said administrator and his bond is released. <br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased as to the time <br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate and that the time limited <br />for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed and allowed against said estate <br />I�have been paid and that all claims outstanding against said deceased,if any such there be, <br />are forever barred and excluded. <br />i <br />It is,therefore,considered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting <br />4 up any claims or demands against the estate of Martha J.Harrison,deeeased. <br />fThe court finds that the said Martha J.Harrison departed this life on the 18th day of <br />February,1926,int4state,and that she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant <br />of Hall County,Nebraska;that she left surviving her as her heirs }at law,and her only heirs <br />at law,the following named persons: <br />Richard L.Harrison and Oliver M.Harrison,her sons,Sylvania A.Harrison,Clara L.Briggs,M, <br />!� Camille Havens,her daughters,and W.LeRoy Harrison,M.Thelma Kinnamon,Horton A.Harrison and <br />I <br />Helen Lenora Harrison,children of William A.Harrison,deceased,her Grandchildren. <br />The court finds that the said Martha J.Harrison was at the time of her death the owner <br />in fee of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of <br />-webraska,to -wit: <br />Ij The Westerly 52 feet of Lot Seven (7),in Block One Hundred Twenty -five (125) of Union <br />1 Pacific Railroad Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,and that under and <br />by-virtue of the law of descent of the State of Nebra,ska,all of the above mentioned and des- <br />cribed real estate did pass and descend at theueath of the said Martha J.Harrison to the <br />said heirs at law in the manner following,to -wit: <br />To Richard L.Harrison,Oliver M.Harrison,Sylvania A.Harrison,Clara L.Briggs,a.n d M.Camille <br />jHavens and undivided one sixth part thereof to each;to W.LeRoy Harrison,M.Thelma Kinnamon, <br />ii Horton A.Harrison and Helen Lenora Harrison,an undivided one - twenty fourth part of said <br />i� <br />real estate in absolute title <br />I� <br />It is therefore CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT THE ABOVE described real estate des - <br />4' <br />!f cended at the death of Martha J.Harrison,by operation of law,as follows: An undivided 1/6 <br />!� part to to each of the following:Richard L.Harrison,Oliver M.Harrison,Sylvania A.Harrison, <br />Clara L.13riggs and M.Camille Havens and and undivided 1 /24th part thereof to each of the <br />;c <br />;? following: W /LeRoy Harrison,M.Thelma Kannamon,Horton A.Harrison and and Helen Lenora Harrison <br />
