<br />if any such there be,are therefore forever barred and excluded. It is further found that no
<br />claims of any nature were filed or allowed against said estate.
<br />The Court finds that the said Rosilla E.Powers departed this life on the 9th day of Sep-
<br />tember,1926,being at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska
<br />and that she left a Last Will and Testament which instrument,after due notice,was dmly proved,

<br />allowed and admitted to probate in this court and recorded in this office. !1

<br />The court further finds that the said Rosilla E.Powers was at the time of her death the j

<br />owner in fee of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State "f
<br />of Nebraska,to -wit;
<br />The North -west Quarter (NWJ) of Section Twenty -two (22),in Township Eleven (11),in Range
<br />Twelve (12),West of the 6th P.M.,and that under and by mirtue of the provisions of said last
<br />will and testament all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and d eseen4
<br />at the death of the said Rosilla E.Powers to Adelbert O.Powers,her
<br />It is,therefore,considered by the court that the report of said
<br />hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he
<br />and his bond is released.
<br />It is further considered and adjudged that all persons are fore',
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate
<br />and that said estate is settled and closed.

<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that all of the right,title and
<br />interest of Rosilla E.Powers in and to the North -west Quarter of Section Twenty -two in Township
<br />Eleven,in Range Twelve,in Hall Courty,Nebraska,did pass and descend at her death,under the
<br />provisions of her last will and testament,to Adelbert O.Powers,her husband, to have and to
<br />hold to him and his heirs and assigns forever,and the court accordingly awards it to him.
<br />The court finds that the estate of Rosilla E.Powers,deceased,is not subject to State or
<br />Federal Inheritance Tax.
