<br />Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,should she desire to do 8g,
<br />and that the remainder in Lot Three (3) in Block Forty -nine (49) of Packer & Barris Second
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebrasla,according to the terms of said last
<br />will and testament did pass and descend to Henry Harps and Otto Harps in equal shares,to hav6
<br />and to hold to them and their heirs forever,and that the remainder in Lot Eight (8) in Block;
<br />Five (5) of Kernohan & Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Hebraska,
<br />subject to the right of sale in Margaretha Harps,did pass and descend to Henry Harps and-to
<br />his heirs forever,and in the event Margaretha Harps sells said last named premises during heir
<br />lifetime,then such funds ramaining on hand at the time of the death of Margaretha Harps,
<br />resulting from such sale,pass to Henry Harps,and to his heirs forever,and the same is hereby`
<br />awarded to them and each of them,and said estate is closed,the executor discharged and his
<br />bond released.

<br />In the name of God,AmentI,Rosilla E.Powers,of Grand Island,,being mindful of the uncertain-
<br />ties of this mortal life and being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make and publish
<br />this my last will and testament in manner and form following,that is to say:
<br />ITEM FIRST:
<br />I direct that the expenses of my last sickness and funeral and all my just debts be first
<br />paid.
<br />ITEM SECOND:
<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved husband,Adelhert O.Powers,all the estate of which
<br />I may die seised.,real,personal or mixed,of every name or description and whereever the same
<br />may be situate,to have and to hold the same to himself and to his heirs and assigns forever.
