<br />in person to object thereto,said report was examined and from such examination,the Court
<br />finds that the same is correct and should be approved and allowed.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the executor herein
<br />filed,be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final accounting.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice by PUblication,as by law and the orders of this
<br />Court required,had been given to all creditors and persons interested as to the time fixed
<br />and place appointed for filing claims against said estate,and that all claims filed against
<br />said estate have been paid and fully satisfied and that any claims not so filed,if any such
<br />there be,should be forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims filed against said estate
<br />have been paid and fully satisfied and that any claims not so filed,if any such there be,
<br />should be and the same are hereby forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that Henry Harps departed this life on the 31st day of August,
<br />1926,while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he left a last will
<br />and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this Court on the 29th.day of September,
<br />1926,and is now recorded in this office.
<br />The Court further finds that said Henry Harps at the time of his death,was the owner in
<br />fee of Lot Three (3) in Block Forty -nine (49) of Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and of Lot Eight (S) in Block Five (5) of Kernohan
<br />& Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebra.ska,and that he was possessed
<br />of personal property in the sum of Thirty -seven Hundred Six and 15/ /100 Dollars ($3706.15)
<br />as hhown by the inventory;that he left as his heirs at law and only heirs at law,Margatetha
<br />Harps,his widow and Henry Harps and Otto Harps,his sons ;that according to the provisions of
<br />said last will and testament,all of the personal property of the deceased was bequeathed to
<br />Margaretha Harps to have and to hold to her and her heirs forever.
<br />That according to.the provisions of said last will and testament,Lot Three (3) in Block
<br />Forty -nine (49),Packer & Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,and Lot Eight (S) in Block Five (5) of Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,was devised to Margaretha Harps for and during her natural
<br />life with power and right to sell and convey Lot Eight (g;) of Block Five (5),Kernohan & Deck -
<br />er's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,should she see fit,and to use
<br />the proceeds of said sale as she may see fit. The remainder of Lot Eight (8) in Block Five
<br />(5) of Kernohan & Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,if said
<br />premises are not sold by Margaretha Harps,was devised to Henry Ha.rps,to have and to hold to
<br />him and his heirs forever and in the event that said premises are sold during the lifetime
<br />of Margaretha Ha.rps,and any of the proceeds of the sale remain at the time of her death,they
<br />pass and descend to Henry Harps and to his heirs forever. The remainder in Lot Three (3) in
<br />Block Forty -nine (49),of Wacker & Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,according to the provisions of said last will and testament was devised to
<br />Henry Harps and Otto Harps share and share alike,to have and to hold to them and their heirs
<br />forever.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the title to Lot Three (3) in Block Forty-
<br />nine (49) of Packer & Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />and Lot Eight (S) in Block Five (5) of Kernohan & Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Islan ,
<br />Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend to Margaretha Harps,to have and to hold for and
<br />during her natural life,with the right to sell Lot Eight (S) in Block Five (5) of Kernohan &
