246 <br />71-1 <br />1 1 A <br />%iHBZ -STATE JOURNAL COMPANY, LINCOLN, NEB. <br />�r <br />I II <br />WILL,CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE <br />The Last Will of Herr y Harps. <br />I,Henry Harps,make this my last will hereby revoking all former wills. <br />I appoint my brother in law Claus Rohweder executor of this will. <br />To my wife I give all my personal property forever. In addition thereto I give her all my <br />real estate for and during the term of her natural life. <br />In addition thereto I give her the power and right to sell and convey my home,formerly the <br />Matilda Schwartz home,commonly known as No 1702 West Third Street in Grand Island Nebr under` <br />such terms as she may see fit. <br />The proceeds from such sale shall be her her disposal and to be used as shq may see fit. <br />Any part of such proceeds as she may not have disposed shall go to my son Henry. In the event <br />that my wife does not exercise the right of disposal herein given her then and in that event" <br />the remainder in my said home shall go and I give the same to my said son Henry and his heirs <br />forever. <br />The remainder of my estate I give and devise to my sons Henry and Otto share and share alike, <br />and to their heirs forever. <br />Dpne at Grand Island this 2511 day of August 1926. <br />Henry Harps Sr. <br />The foregoing was at the date thereof signed sealed published and declared by said testator <br />as and for his last will in our presence and we in his presence and at his special request <br />and in the presence of one another have signed our names as -;witnesses hereto. <br />Arthur C.Mayer <br />Henry Rohweder <br />i. <br />CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE OF WILL <br />State of Nebraska, <br />ss. <br />Hall County, <br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in <br />Grand Island,in said County,on the 28th day of September A.D.,1926. <br />Present J.H.Mullin,County Judge. <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />Henry Harps,deceased. <br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said 0ounty,do hereby <br />certify that on the 9th day of September 1926,the instrument purporting to be the last will <br />and testament of Henry Harps,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court.
