<br />That at the time of her death said Maria Blume was the owner in fee of the East Half of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (Ej NEJ) of Section Twelve (12),Township Twelve (12) North,Range Nine
<br />(9),West cif the 6th.P.M.,Hall County,Nebraska,and that according to the provisions of said
<br />last will and testament,Henry Blume,her husband,has a life estate in said real estate,and the
<br />t remainder is devised to Robert Niemoth in trust,to sell the same to William Vogel and Ernest
<br />Vogel for the sum of Seventy -nine Hundred Dollars ($7900.00),and should said sons not be
<br />willing to pay the sum of Seventy -nine Hundred Dollars ($7900.00),that said trustee then sell
<br />said premises at public auction and the net proceeds from such sale are to be divided by him
<br />into six equal parts and one part is to be paid to Bertha Ottemoeller,one part to William
<br />Vogel,ane part to Augusta Niemoth, one part to Ernest Vogel,one part to Maria Vogel,and the
<br />remaining one part,to be paid to William Vogel,as trustee for the use of Otto'Vogel,said
<br />trustee to pay the income of the sum so held by him in trust,to Otto Vogel during the life
<br />i
<br />of said Otto Vogel,and upon his death,to divide said fund into five equal parts and to divide
<br />the same equally between Bertha Ottemoeller,William Vogel,Augusta Niemoth,Ernest Vogel and
<br />j Maria Vogel.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the East Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(E� NEJ) of Section Twelve (12),Township Twelve (12) North,Range Nine (9),West of the 6th
<br />P.M.,Hall County,Nebraska,according to the provisions of the last will and testament of
<br />Maria Blume,deceased,did pass and descend to Henry Blume for and during his natural life,
<br />and that the remainder vests in Robert Niemoth in trust,to sell the same to William Vogel
<br />,t
<br />and Ernest Vogel for the sum of Seventy -nine Hundred Dollars ($7900.00),or should they be
<br />not willing to pay said sum,then to sell said lands at public auction and the net proceeds
<br />of the sale of said premises are to be divided by said trustee into six equal parts and
<br />said trustee is to pay one part to Bertha Ottemoeller,one part to William Vogel,one part
<br />to Augusta Niemoth,one part to Ernest Vogel one part to Maria Vogel,and one part to William
<br />Vogel as trustee for Otto Vogel.,William Vogel as trustee to hold the share of Otto Vogel
<br />during the lifetime of said Otto Vogel and to pay him the income therefrom during said time,
<br />and upon the death of Otto Vogel,to divide the same into five equal parts and to pay the same
<br />in equal parts,to Bertha Ottemoeller,William Vogel,Augusta Niemoth,Ernest Vogel and Maria
<br />Vogel and the same is hereby awarded to them and each of them to have and to hold to them
<br />and their heirs forever,and said estate is ordered closed,the executor discharged,and his
<br />bond released.
