<br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said Countty,do hereby
<br />certify that on t4e 14th day of September 1926,the instrument purporting to be the last will
<br />and testament of Maria Blume,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 4th day
<br />of October,1926,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Maria Blume
<br />deeeased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 14th day of February,19271this matter came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of the Executor heretofore filed herein,after due notice by publication as by law and the
<br />order of this Court required has been given to all persons interested as to the time fixed and
<br />place appointed for hearing said report and there being no objections on file thereto and no
<br />one appearing in person to object,the Court examined said report and from such examination finds
<br />the same to be in all respects correet,and that the same should be approved and allowed.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the executor hereto-
<br />fore- -filed,be,and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final accoufiting.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice by publication as by law and the orders of this
<br />Court required,has been given to all creditors and persons interested as to the time fixed and
<br />place appointed for filing claims against said a state,and that said time has fully,,elapsed and
<br />determined and that all claims filed against said estate have been paid and fully satisfied,and
<br />that any claims not so filed,if any such there be,should be forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND ":DECREED that all claims filed against the estate of
<br />Maria Blume,deceased,are paid and fully satisfied and that any claims not so filed against said
<br />estate,if any such there be,should be,and the same are�hereby forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that Maria Blume departed this life on the 31st day of May,1926
<br />while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that she left a last will and testa-
<br />ment which has been duly admitted to probate and is now of record in this office.That said
<br />Maria Blume left surviving her as her heirs at law,and only heirs at law,her husband,Henry
<br />Blume,also known as Henry L.Blume,and her children,William Vogel,Ernest Vogel,Otto Vogel,
<br />Bertha Ottemoeller,Augusta Niemoth and Maria Vogel.
