WILL,CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />THE LAST WILL AND TESTANIMT OF MARIA BLUME OF
<br />HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.

<br />I,Maria Blume of Hall County,Nebraska,being of sound mind and memory and considering
<br />the uncertainties of this mortal life,do hereby make,publish and declare this my last will
<br />i1 and testament in words and figures following:

<br />1-Unto my beloved husband,Henry L.B1ume,I give,devise and bequeath the East half of the
<br />Northeast quarter (EJ NEJ) of Section Twelve (12),Township Twelve (12) North,Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M. ;in Hall County,Nebraska,to have and to hold for and during his natural
<br />life,aaid provision to be in lieu of the statutory rights of of my said husband in my pro-
<br />perty.
<br />2. Within one year after the death of my h sband,should he survive me,orif he precede me
<br />n
<br />in death,then within one year,after my death,I direct my executor,hereinafter named,to sell
<br />the East Half of the Northeast quarter (4 NEJ) of Section Twelve (12),Township Twelve (12)
<br />North,Range Nine (9),4est of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska,and to sell the same to my
<br />sons,William Vogel and Ernest Vogel,provided they are willing to pay the sum of Seventy -nine
<br />Hundred ($7900.00) Dollars for the same,and in the event that my said sons are not willing
<br />to pay the sum of Seventy --nine Hundred ($7900.00) Dollars for said lands,then I direct
<br />my executor to sell the same at public auction without having obtained consent of license
<br />from any Court or Judge and to sell the same to the highest bidder on such terms and condi-
<br />tions as may seem just and proper to him.
<br />The net proceeds of such sale after deducting the expenses in connection with the same
<br />are to be divided into six equal parts and I hereby direct my executor to pay one part to
<br />my daughter,Bertha Ottemoeller,one part to my son,William Vogel one part to my daughter
<br />Augusta Niemoth,one part to my son,Ernest Vogel,one part to my daughter,Maria Vo gel,and the
<br />remaining one part shall be paid to my son William Vogel who shall hold the same in trust
<br />during the life of my son,Otto Vogel,who is at the present time an inmate of ingleside,
<br />Nebraska. During the life of said Otto Vogel,the income from said one -sixth (1/6) part so
<br />held 'by my son William Vogel in trust,is to be paid to my said son,Otto Vogel,but he shall
<br />have no interest in the principal sum so held in trust and should any attempt be made by
<br />anyone to reach said principal fund,then it is my will that said trust be immediately
<br />terminated and said money be distributed in the manner as hereinafter provided upon the deat
<br />of said Otto Vogel.
<br />3-Upon the death of my son'Otto Vogel,or should an effort be made by anyone during his-,
<br />lifetime to claim the trust fund mentioned in the preceding paragraph,then upon the happeni
<br />of such event,I direct that said trust fund be immediately divided into five equal parts,
<br />and that one part be paid to Bertha Ottemoeller,one part to William Vogel,one part to Aug-
<br />usta Niemoth,one part to Ernest Vogel and one part to Maria Vo gel,to have and to hold to-
<br />them and their heirs:'forever.
<br />4. I hereby nominate my son- in- law,Robert Niemoth,to be executor of this my last will and

<br />testament ,hereby revoking ahy former wills by me made.
