<br />County,Nebraska.

<br />Thomas E. Donlon,Hastings,R.F.D.,Nebraska
<br />Loretta Quinn,Hastings,R.F.D.,Nebraska,
<br />Elizaueth Kieffe ,Hastings,R.F.D.:,Nebraska,'
<br />as tenants in common-,share and share alike,to them and their heirs forever,in accordance with'
<br />the laws of the State of Nebraska.
<br />3.That no balance isshown on hand belonging to said estate,and that said estate is indebted
<br />to,Mary E.Donlon,for the sum of $29.61. That all claims and expenses of said deceased have
<br />been fully paid,settled and satisfied,and that Mary E.Donlon as such administratrix is entitled
<br />to her discharge and she is hereby discharged from her trust,her Letters of Administratiion con-
<br />celled and her bond released,and that said estate should be and is hereby closed.
