<br />At a session of the County Court held in and for said County,at the County Court Room,in
<br />the City of Hastings,County of Adams,and State of Nebraska.
<br />Present: Joseph M.Turbyfill,Judge of the County Court.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate
<br />of DECREE OF FINAL ACCOUNT
<br />AND
<br />JOHN DONLON,DECEASED. DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE.

<br />Now on this 11th day of February,1927,this matter comes on for hearing upon the petition
<br />of Mary E.Donlon,administratrix dff the estate of John Donlon,deceased,praying for the allow-
<br />ance of her account filed and for her discharge from said trust.
<br />The Court finds: That due and legal notice has been given of the time and place of this
<br />hearing as required by law,and that the Court has jurisdiction over said estate and the per-
<br />sons interested therein.
<br />The matter comes on for hearing upon said petition and report of said administratrix and
<br />in consideration of the evidence adduced and examination of the files,the Court finds:
<br />That John Donlon departed this life on the 14th day of August,1926,at Hastings,Adams
<br />County,Nebraska,which was at the time of his death and for many years prior thereto his
<br />residence and domicle.
<br />That said deceased left no Last Will and Testament,and that he died intestate,That due
<br />notice by publication of the time and place of hearing on thepetition for the administration
<br />of said estate,was waived by all parties interested and their voluntary appearances are
<br />filed herein.
<br />That on the 1st day of August,1926,Mary E.Donlon was by this court duly appointed as
<br />administratrix of said estate and that she duly qualified as such and has been acting in that
<br />capacity sir=e.
<br />That said deceased left surviving him as his sole and only heirs at law,next of kind and
<br />the only persons interested in his estate,the following named persons,to wit:
<br />Mary E.Donlon,Hastings,Nebraska.
<br />Thomas E., Donlon,Hastings,R.F.D.,Nebrasle
<br />Loretta Quinn,Hastings,R.F.D.Nebraska.
<br />Elizabeth Kieffe ,Hastings,R.F.D.,Nebraska.
<br />That all of the above named heirs at law are of full legal age;that he left no other
<br />child,nor the issue of any deceased child him surviving. -'
<br />That said deceased died seized and in possession of the following described real estate,
<br />to wit;
<br />Southwest Quarter (SWJ) and South half (SJ) of Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section Thirty -
<br />four (34),Town8hip Nine (9),Range Ten (10),West of the Sixth P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />an undivided one -third (J) interest in the North half (N�) of the Northwest Quarter (NW�)
<br />of Section Thirty -four (34)- ,Township Nine (9),Range Ten (10),West of the Sixth P.M.in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska.
<br />and that there remains no personal property in the hands of the administratrix for distri-
<br />bution and that there is a deficiency due and owing to Mary E.Donlon from said estate of $29.p1.
<br />That due notice was given to allpersons to file claims against said estate as provided
<br />by law. That all claims filed and allowed have been paid,settled and satisfied,as shown by
<br />report of said administratrix,including the expenses of the last sickness of said deceased
