<br />Charles K.Lawhead,Deceased.
<br />On this 8th day of February,1927 this matter comes on for hearing before the court on t
<br />final administration account and petition of Howard A.Lawhead,the administrator of said estate
<br />i.
<br />praying for final settlement thereof,and from the evidence the court finds as follows:
<br />1.That notice of this hearing has been published as required by law.
<br />2.That said Charles K.Lawhead died intestate on the 6th day of April,1925 at which time
<br />he was a resident of said county,and that said Howard A.Lawhead is the duly qualified admin-
<br />istrator of said estate.
<br />3. That notice to the creditors of said estate to file in this court their claims for allow-
<br />ance and payment has been published in pursuance of an order of this court,and the time therein
<br />a
<br />limited for that purpose has expired,and all claims allowed,expenses of last illness and fun4
<br />eral of deceased and costs of administration have been paid.
<br />4.That deceased left no widow him sumviving,but left the following named children and grand
<br />children as his only heirs at law,towit: Charles Edgar Lawhead,Orma B.Lawhead,Roy K.Lawhead,j
<br />Ralph W.Lawhead,Howard A.Lawhead,Clyde E.Lawhead,and the following grand children,Jennie Bro,*n,
<br />Frank Lawhead,Nora Turner,Grace Lawhead,Catherine Winkleman,Edward Lawhead,and Edwina Lawhead
<br />the children of William F.Lawhead a predeceased son of said Charles K.Lawhead,and Vernie Sunday
<br />a daughter of Emma May Sunday a predeceased daughter of said Charles K.Lawhead. !
<br />5.That after the payment of debts and costs of administration there is on hands for dis-
<br />tribution the sum of $117.71
<br />6.That said final administration account is just and correct and ought to be approved.
<br />7.That the distributive shares of said estate are not liable for the payment of inheritan4e
<br />taxes.
<br />8.That deceased died seized of the title to lot 1423 in Original Town of Kearney Junction;
<br />now City of Kearney which has been sold by the administratbr,and lots 15 and 16 in block 5 in
<br />Dill and Huston's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />9.That each of the living sons of deceased is entitled to one -eigth interest in said estate,
<br />and each of the children of said William F.Lawhead to one -fifty sixth interest therein and
<br />said grand daughter Vernie Sunday to one -eigth interest therein.
<br />It is adjudged and decreed by the court that said final administration account is approved;
<br />claims of creditors are barred;that the persons named in paragraph 4 hereof are the only heirs
<br />at law of said Charles K.tawhead,deceased and the r edidue of said estate is assigned to them,
<br />in the shares and portions above found and said administrator is ordered to make distributions
<br />accordingly,and upon filed in this court receipts from said heirs at law showing distributions of
<br />the personal property that he be discharged from his said trust.
