<br />purchaser,my said executor may sell my said real - estate at private sale to such purchaser
<br />agreed upon and for the amount agreed upon. After my said property has thus beenredueed
<br />to money I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay to my beloved son Fred D.Hardekopf
<br />the sum of Three Hundred Dollars before my remaining four children take any thing under this
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Katherina Hardekopf,deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid..

<br />the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate of the time and place�f•or a hearing upon said final report,as heretofore ordered by
<br />last will.
<br />All of the rest,residue and remainder of my property and money he has on hand being assets
