<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of William H.Culbertson,
<br />Deoeased.
<br />FINAL DECREE.

<br />Now,on this 3rd day of February,1927,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Carl R.Culbertson,Administrator of said estate and the Court having examined the records
<br />and files and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been
<br />given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing
<br />upon the report,as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the Court having examined said final
<br />report,together with all other files and the testimony offered in support thereof,finds
<br />that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be allowed and approved as
<br />and for the final report of said Administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that said William H.Culbertson, departed this life on the 10th
<br />day of June,1926,at his residence in Grand Island,Hal1 County,Nebraska,and at the time of
<br />his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraskathat a petition was
<br />filed by Nellie Mohr,Minnie Hoagland,and Carl R.Culbertson,on the 14th day of June,1926,
<br />in the County Court of Hall County,Nebraska,for the appointment of an administrator and on
<br />the day fixed for hearing upon said petition,Carl R.Oulbertson was appointed administrator
<br />of said estate and qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that said William H.Culbertson died seized of the following des-
<br />cribed real estate,to -wit:
<br />The north half of the northwest quarter of Section Twenty -seven (27),in Township Twelve
<br />(12),Range Ten (10) West of 6th P.M.,and the southeast quarter of Section Twenty -one (21),
<br />in Township Twelve (12),Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,all in Hall County,Nebraska,and
<br />An undivided one -third interest in Lot Four (4) in Block Fifteen (15) in Russel Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island,in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said William H.Culbertson left surviving him,as his sole and
<br />only heirs at law,Nellie Mohr and Minnie Hoagland,daughters,and Carl R.Culbertson,a son,
<br />and that said real a state,under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska,passed and des-
<br />cended to the said Nellie Mohr,Minnie Hoagland,and Carl R.Culbertson,in equal shares.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the
<br />laws of the state of Nebraska;that said Administrator has paid the funeral expenses and all
<br />claims filed against said estate and costs of administering said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the personal property was insufficient to pay all claims
<br />and that said Nellie Mohr,Minnie Hoagland,and Carl R.Culbertson,jointly paid to said
<br />Administrator the sum of $2100.00 to pay the claim of Florence Marshal filed herein and
<br />allowed.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate ought to be closed and the Administrator dis-
<br />charged,as distribution of the balance of the personal property has been made as by law
<br />provided.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said William H.Culbertson,de-
<br />ceased,and that the time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of William H.Oulbertson,deeeased,if any such there be,and not filed herei4
<br />are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
