<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the tim
<br />and place fixed for filing-claims against the estate of said Mary J.Plummer,deceased, that the
<br />time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against the estate of
<br />Mary J.Plummer,deeeased,if any such there be,and not filed herein,are forever barred and ex-
<br />oluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDFED AND DECREED that the final report of said W.L.Sprague,Ad -{

<br />heirs at law as follows: Walter Fitohhorn,Albert Fitchhorn,Floyd Plummer,Ada Bangert,Lora
<br />Barnell,Mabel Doty,Roy Plummer,Leslie Plummer ,Thelma Plummer,Ruby Plummer and Beulah Plummer,
<br />an undivided one - eleventh interest each in fee simple.
