<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of Mary J.Plummer, FINAL DECREE.

<br />Now,on this 22 day of October,1926,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of W.L.Sprague,Administrator of said estate,and the Court having examined the records and
<br />files and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been
<br />given to all persons interested in said a state.of the time and place fixed for hearing upon
<br />said report,as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And the Court having examined the final report,together with all other file's and testi.
<br />mony offered in support thereof,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and
<br />ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Administrator.
<br />And the Court further finds that said Mary J.Plummer departed this life on the 28th day
<br />of July,1925,at her residence in Hall County,Nebraska,and at the time of her death was a
<br />resident and inhabitant of said county of Hall and state of Nebraska;that a petition was
<br />filed for the appointment of an administrator,and W.L.Sprague was appointed and qualified
<br />as such.
<br />The Court further fiends that said Mary J.Plummer died seized as the owner by fee simple
<br />title of the following described real estate:
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Eighteen
<br />(18) in MacC911 & Leflanots Addition;Lots
<br />One (1)2Two `2)Three ,Four (4),Five
<br />(5),Six (6),Sixteen (: Seventeen (17),
<br />and Eighteen (18),in Blowk Five (5),in
<br />MaoGoll & Leglang's Addition,all in the
<br />Village of Wood River,in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />and that said real estate passed and descended,under and by virtue of the laws of descent
<br />of the state of Nebraska,as follows:
<br />To Walter Fitohhorn,an undivided one - eleventh interest,
<br />To Albert Fitohhorn,an undivided 1 /11thinterest,
<br />To Floyd Plummer,an undivided 1 /' .11th interest,
<br />To Ada Bangert,an undivided 1 /11th interest,
<br />To Lora Barnell,an undivided 1 /11th interest,
<br />To Mabel Doty,an undivided 1 /11th interest,
<br />To Roy Plummer,an undivided 1 /11th interest,
<br />To Leslie Plummer,an. undivided 1 /11th ".1nterest,
<br />To Thelma Plummer,an undivided 1/11th interest,
<br />To Ruby Plummer,an undivided 1 /11th interest,
<br />To Beulah Plummer,an undivided 1 /11th interest.
<br />The Court further finds that said Mary J.Plummer,deoeased,left surviving her,as her
<br />heirs at law and only heirs at law,the above named Walter Fitohhorn and Albert Fitohhorn,who
<br />are sons of Mellie Fitchhorn,who was a daughter of said Mary J.Plummer,and who departed
<br />this life before the death of said Mary J.Plummer,now deoeased,and the aforesaid Floyd Plummei,
<br />Ada Bangert,Lora Barnell,Mabe1 Doty,Roy Plummer,and Leslie Plummer,Thelma Plummer,Ruby Plummei,
<br />and Beulah Plummer are sons and daughters of William Plummer,deoeased,who was a son of said
<br />lary J.Plummer,deceased,and who departed this life prior to the death of said Mary J.Plummer
<br />deeeased,and that all of the aforesaid heirs at law are of legal age excepting Thelma Plummer
<br />Ruby Plummer,and Beulah Plummer.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the laws
<br />od the state of Nebraska and that said Administtator has paid all of the funeral expenses
<br />and debts of the deceased and costs of administering said estate,and has made distribution
<br />of the personal property under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska,and that said
<br />estate ought to be closed and the administrator discharged.
