<br />of my cemetery lot,unless I have made other arrangements with the City before my death. My
<br />Executor shall cause a monument to be placed upon my lot,to beselected by my eh ildren,costing

<br />To my son- in- law,Franz Taehauder,I give One Hundred Dollars.
<br />The balanoe,reat and residue of my estate shall be divided into two a equallparts,one part

<br />into three'equal parts of which I give my grandchild,Max Tsohauder,one part,or One-sixth

<br />held by my Executor for the use and benefit of my granddaughter,Hildegrad Schneider.She
<br />shall receive the income of said share until such time as she may decide to buy herself a homj
<br />and said Executor shall then pay her share of my estate for such home as she may select.

<br />All legacies shall be paid as soon as can conveniently be done,and I request my granddaugh er,

<br />Hildegard,to buy herself a home as soon as that can be conveniently done.
<br />Should my said granddaughter die before I die,then that part of my estate which would have!
