<br />Thirty -five Hundred ($3500.00) Dollars to the children of said Johanna M.C.Heiberg,and to

<br />be divided equally among them;and in the event of the death of said daughter,Johanna M.C.
<br />Heiberg prior to the death of said Tele$che Magdalena Stoldt,then said sum of $1000.00,heret
<br />fore bequeathed to Johanna M.C.Heiberg,shall be divided equally among her children.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,AND ADJUDGED AND DECREED that after the death of said widow,Telesche
<br />Magdalena Stoldt,the real estate described as follows:Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block
<br />Four (4),of Windolph's Addition to Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska,and all the rest
<br />and residue and remainder of said estate,passes and descends to August J.Stoldt,and distri-
<br />bution thereof is hereby accordingly made and entered.

<br />THE LAST WILL OF MARGARETHA LINDEMANN.
<br />I,Margaretha Lindemann,make this my last will,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.1
<br />I appoint Arthur C .Mayer,Attorney- At- Law,Executor of this will and provide that he shall
<br />pay all debts,expenses of last illness,funeral charges and expenses incident to probating
<br />this will and administering my estate out of my personal property as soon as that can be
<br />conveniently done.
<br />All my real estate I give,devise and bequeath unto the said Arthur C.Mayer to be sold
<br />and conveyed by him.as my children may direct,so soon as said property oan be sold,and the
<br />prooeeds held by said Executor be distributed„to t e terms of this twill. Said Executor may
<br />sell said real estate without order of court or lioanse first obtained from any Judge.
<br />To my granddaughter,Hildegard Sohneider,I give my piano.
<br />My large bookcase,I give to my son,Alexander.
<br />The balance of my furniture,household goods,jewelry,beds and bedding,I give and bequeath
<br />to my sons,Alexander Lindemann and Hani Lindemann,and my grandchildren,Max Tschauder,Ernest
<br />Tsehauder and Hildegard Tsehauder,share and share alike.
<br />To my son,Hani Liridemann,I give the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars.
