<br />The Court further finds that said Hans Stoldt left7surviving,his widow,Telesche Magdalena
<br />Stoldt,a son,August-J.Stoldt)and a daughter,Johanna M.C.Heiberg.
<br />The Court further finds that said Telesche Magdalena Stoldt is entitled to all of the hous,0-
<br />hold furnitureoraments,and wearing apparel,and that distribution of said property has been
<br />made accordingly.

<br />The Court further finds that under and by virtue of said last will and testament,all of t10
<br />real and personal property belonging to the said Hans Stoldt on the date of his death passed n
<br />descended to his widow,Telesche Magdalena Stoldt,to have and to hold the same during the peri'�d
<br />df her natural life.
<br />The Court further finds that upon the death of said Telesche Magdalena Stoldt the sum of 1"
<br />One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars is to be paid to his daughter,Johanna M.C.Heiberg,and all
<br />bedding and household furniture,and to the children of said Johanna M.C.Heiberg the sum of

<br />Thirty-five Hundred ($3500.00) Dollars,to be divided equally among them.
<br />The Court further finds that in the event said daughter,Johanna M.C.Heiberg dies prior to ii:
<br />the death of said Telesche Magdalena Stoldt and the teStator,then said $1000.00 heretofore b
<br />queathed to said Johanna M.C.Heiberg shall be divided equally among the children of said
<br />Johanna M.C.Heiberg.
<br />The Court further finds that upon the death of said wife.Telesohe Magdalena Stoldt,the fol�_
<br />owing real estate passes and descends to the son,August J.Stoldt,said real estate being des-
<br />cribed as follows: Lots Five (5) and Six (6),in Block Four (4),of Windolph's Addition to the
<br />city of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that upon the death of said Telesche Magdalena Stoldt all the rest:'

<br />and residue of said estate passes and descends unto the son,August J.Stoldt.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of said Hans Stoldt was not subject to inheritance;,,
<br />tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska;that said Executor has paid all the funeral expen�es
<br />of said deoeased,all of the debts of said deoeased,and the costs of administering said estate1 !
<br />and that said estate ought to be closed and said Executor ditcharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the timo
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said Hans Stoldt.deceased,and that tho
<br />time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against the estate of said':'
<br />Hans Stoldt,deoeased,if any such there be,and not filed herein,are forever barred and exrluded,,'
<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS,THERS-FORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said
<br />August J.Stoldt,Exeoutor of the last will and testament of Hans Stoldt,deceased,be,and the sane
<br />hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final report,said Executor is hereby discharged and
<br />his bond released,and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER OADERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of said Hans Stoldt,deoeased,if any such there be.are forever barred,enjoined,and
<br />excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the household furniture,weariAg
<br />apparel,and oraments,under and by virtue of the laws of the state of Nebraska,passed and des-,
<br />cended to the widow,Telesche Magdalena Stoldt)and become her absolute property.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the estate.real and
<br />personal,passes and descends under and by virtue of the last will and testament of said Hanst.
