<br />Now,on this 11 day of April,1925,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />August J.Stoldt,Executor of the last will and testament of said Hans Stoldt,deceased,and the
<br />Iffourt,having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises ,finds tha
<br />due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time
<br />and place fixed for hearing upon said report,as heretofore prdered by the Court.
<br />And the Court,having examind the final report,together with all other files,and the testimorv,
<br />offered in support thereof,finds that the said report is true and correct in all things and
<br />ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Executor.
<br />The Court further finds that said Hans Stoldt,departed this life at his place of residence)
<br />in Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,on the 8th day of April,1923,and at the time of his
<br />death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that the last will and testa -1
<br />ment of said Hans Stoldt was duly proven,allowed and admitted to probate in this Court on
<br />the 12th day of May,1923,and the said August J.Stoldt has duly qualified as Executor thereund�
<br />The Court further finds that said Hans Stoldt. died seized as the owner in fee simp;e of
<br />the following described real estate,to -wit: Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Four (4) of
<br />Windolph's Addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska.
