<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF;

<br />I,Albertes M.Hoes of the County of Hall and the State of Nebraska,being of sound mind anddisPicsi '7�
<br />memory,do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following,
<br />that is to say:
<br />(1st) I direct that my funeral charges,the expence of my last sicknessthe expence of ad-
<br />ministering my estate and all my debts be paid out of my personal property.In case it is in -'
<br />sufficient then I direct my executor hereinafter named to sell so mutch of my estate as may lie
<br />nessary for that purpose.
<br />(2nd) I give and bequeath to my wife,Margret I.Hoes,all of my Estate to have and to hold her,;
<br />natural life time,or so long as my said Wife remains my widow,and pays nessary assessments o3i
<br />said real estate.
<br />Any violation annuls it;then all property reverts to following Beneficiarys .
<br />(34) I give devise and bequeath to James A.Hoes,Mary J.Applegate,Jessie Highet Stanton,and
<br />Earl EjHighet,at my wife,s death;the residue of my Estate,to share and share alike,to have
<br />and to hold the same for ever.
<br />(4) Provision is given that at any time it becomes nessary to dispose of said Estate,it can
<br />be done by the united written consent of all Beneficiary,s to my will.
