<br />LAST MILL AND TESTAMENT OF WILHELM MARTH.
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I,
<br />Wilhelm Marth,of Hall County,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do make,pub-
<br />lish,and declare this to be my last will and testament,in the manner and form following:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct iby Executor,hereinafter named,to pay all of my just debts,the expenses of my
<br />last illness, funeral expenses,and expenses of administering my estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath unto my son,Henry Marth,all of the real estate of which I \'
<br />may die possessed,subject,however,to the payment of the legacies hereinafter provided for.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath unto my daughter Augusta Husen,One Thousand ($10001,00) Dollars,
<br />to my daughter,Emma Marth,One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars,to my son,Albert Marth,One Thou
<br />($1000.00) Dollars,to my son,William Marth,One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars,and to my son,
<br />Fred Marth,One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars,and the said legacies shall constitute a lien
<br />against the real estate hereinbefore devisecd to my son,Henry Marth,until paid.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and bequeath all of the rest,residue,and remainder of estate to my children,
<br />Augusta Husen,Albert Marth,William Marth,Fred Marth,Henry Marth,and Emma Marth,share and
<br />share alike.
<br />FI FTH.
<br />I hereby constitute and appoint my son,Henry Marth,Executor of this,my last will and test
<br />went.
