<br />August J.Stoldt,Administrator of the estate of Telesche Magdalena Stoldt,deceased,be and
<br />the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final report,said Administrator is
<br />hereby discharged and his bond released and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all persons having-claims against the
<br />estate of Telesche Magdalena Stoldt,deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred,enjoined
<br />1 and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against estate.
<br />I IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that under the last will and testament of Hans
<br />Stoldt,deceased,the husband of the said Telesche Magdalena Stoldt,deceased,all of his estate,

<br />real and personal,passed and descended to his widow,Telesche Magdalena Stoldt,to have and to
<br />hold the same during the period of her natural life,and that upon her death the sum of
<br />$1000.00 and all bedding and household furniture passed and descended to the daughter,Johanna
<br />M.C.Heiberg,and the sum of $3500.00 to the children of Johanna M.C.Heiberg,to -wit: Fred Hei-
<br />{ berg,Bertha Anderson,Minnie Heiberg Bessette,Emil Heiberg1and Archie Heiberg,to be 4ggalj.y
<br />divided among them,and that all of the rest,residue,and remainder,including Lots Five (5)
<br />and Six (6) in Block Four (4) of Windolph's Addition to Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />passed and descended to August J.Stoldt,a son,and distribution thereof is s.ccordingly made

<br />named Mary Emma Culbertson,deceased,praying for settlement of the estate of said deceased,
<br />a determination of herheirs,and the right of descent of her real estate,and the degrees of
<br />kinship of said heirs at law,and it appearing from the proof on file herein that due and legs
<br />notice by publication for three successive weeks as by law and the order of this Court re-
