21,0 <br />21-1-1 AVID DMUMIS 1021COM-1 <br />7.4861- 3ThTE_49URNAL COMPANY, LINCOLN, NEB. <br />�i <br />FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate I� <br />of Telesche Magdalena Stoldt, FINAL DECREE. j <br />Deceased. <br />Now, on this 6th day of January,1927,this cause oameon for hearing upon the final report <br />�i <br />of August J.Stoldt,Administrator of the estate of Telesche Magdalena Stoldt,deeeased,and the <br />Court ,having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises finds tha� <br />I� <br />due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and <br />place fixed for hearing upon said report as heretofore ordered by the Court. <br />ii <br />And the Court having examined the final report,together with all other files,and the testis <br />mony offered in support thereof,finds that the said report is true and correct in all things <br />and ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Administrator. <br />The Court further finds that the said Telesche Magdalena Stoldt departed this life at her <br />place of residence in Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,on the 18th day of Maroh,1926,and at <br />the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska ;that she was the F <br />widow of Hans Stoldt,deceased,who departed this life at his place of residence in Hall County' °4 <br />Nebraska,on the 8th day of April,1923,leaving a last will and testament,which were duly prove., <br />allowed and admitted to probate in this Court on the 12th day of May,1923,and that August J. <br />Stoldt duly qualified and performed the duties of Executor thereunder,and that a final deoree' <br />was entered in said estate of Hans Stoldt,deoeased,in this Court on the 11th day of April,192$. <br />I <br />The Court further finds that under the terms of said last will and testament of said Hans!' <br />Stoldt,deoeased,the following described real estate,to -wit: Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Bloctk <br />four (4) of Windolph's Addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,passed and <br />descended to August J.Stoldt,subject to a life estate of his widow,Telesche Magdalena Stoldt.. <br />The Court further finds that under said last will and testament of said Hans Stoldt,deceasOd, <br />all personal property passed and descended to his widow,Telesche Magdalena Stoldt,and after <br />her death the household furniture passed and descended to his daughter,Johanna M.C.Hei berg,a#d <br />further provided for the payment of $1000.00 to said Johanna M.C.Heiberg,and $3500.00 to be I <br />divided equally among the children of said Johanna M.C.Heiberg,and all the rest,residue,and <br />i <br />remainder to his son,August J.Stoldt. <br />4 <br />The Court further finds that the children of said Johanna M.C.Heiberg are as follows: Fred <br />Heiberg,Bertha Anderson,Minnie Heiberg Bessette,Emil Heiberg and Archie Heiberg,all of legal <br />age,and that there are no deceased children of said Johanna M.C.Heiberg. <br />The Court further finds that all of the provisions under said last will and testament of said <br />Hans Stoldt,deceased,have been performed and completed. i <br />The Court further finds that the estate of Telesche Magdalena Stoldt,deceased,was not <br />subject to inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska;that said Administtator had <br />paid all funeral expenses of said deceased,all of the debts of said deoeased,and the costs �f <br />of administering said estate and that said estate ought to be closed and said Administrator d8 <br />charged. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the timl, <br />and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of Telesche Magdalena Stoldt,deceased,an4 <br />that the time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against the estat4 <br />of Telesche Magdalena Stoldt,deceased,if any such there be,and not filed herein,are forever <br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said <br />
