<br />Ann Brewer,a niece,an undivided one - eighteenth thereof.
<br />Newton Allen,a nephew,now deoeased,an undivided one- eighteenth thereof.
<br />The court further finds that said Newton Allen departed this life intestate on the
<br />day of February,1923 ;and that the said Newton Allen was never married,left no surviving wido *,
<br />not children,nor father nor mother,nor sister nor brother,and that the undivided one- eighte.e4th
<br />(1/16) interest of the said Newton Allen in and to the above described real estate passed M
<br />descended to his nephews and neices,in the following shares to each:
<br />An undivided one -third (J) thereof to:
<br />Bert Combs,Thomas Combs, William Combs,Emma Combs Baird. Children of a deoeas4d sister of
<br />Newton Allen,deeeased,in equal shares to each.
<br />An undivided one -third O thereof to:
<br />William H.Mclain and Mary E.Etchinson,children of a deceased sister of Newton Allen,
<br />deoeased,in equal shares to-each.
<br />An undivided one -third (J) thereof to: '
<br />Charles Carnes,Sarah Carnes Thomas,John Carnes,William Carnes and Clara Carnes Rogers,chiidren
<br />of a' deceased sister of Newton Allen,deceased,in equal shares of each. ii

<br />The court ^finds that said William L.Harrison departed this life intestate on the dayj�
<br />of February,1925;that he left surviving him Mary Harrison,widow,and the following named
<br />children,to -wit:
<br />Ella Landsdown
<br />Myrtle Farmer
<br />Teasue Fowler
<br />William L.Harrison
<br />Rose Henry
<br />James Harrison
<br />Mattie McDaniel
<br />Clara Kirk
<br />Ethel Bennett
<br />Newton Harrison
<br />Edward Harrison
<br />and that the undivided one - eighteenth (1/18) interest of the said William L.Harrison in and
<br />to the above described premises passed and descended as follows:
<br />To Mary, Harrison,surviving widow,one -third O
<br />thereof,and the remaining two - thirds (213) thereof to the above
<br />named children of William L.Harrison,deceasedin equal shares to loath.
<br />The court further finds that the fair market value of the real estate - possessed by Perry >>
<br />Hack,deceased,at the time of his death was $16,320.00 ;that the fair market value of the personal
<br />property possessed by the said Perry Hack at the time of his death was $6165.5+; and that theli
<br />total fair market value of said estate was $22,485.54;that the said property is not subject
<br />to state inheritance tax,nor to Federal inheritance tax ;that the cost of probate proceeding sj
<br />and all other claims filed against said estate have been fully paid by the administrator.
<br />The court further finds that the administrator has distributed the personal property be-
<br />longing to said estate in the hands of the administrator at the date of filing his final report
<br />and that receipts for the distributive shares of each of the above named heirs at law of
<br />Perry Hack,deceased,have been taken and filed by said administrator.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE considered by the court that the report of the administrator be and the safe
<br />is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust'6
<br />It is further ordered and considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Perry Haok,deoeased.
<br />It is further considered,adjudged and decreed by the court that all of the right,title and
<br />interest of said Perry Hack in and to the South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S+ NJ*) and the
<br />North Half of the - Southeast_ Quarter (NEJI of Section Thirty (30) in Township Ten (10)
<br />North,of Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebra.ska,did pass and descend in
<br />absolute title at his death under and by virtue of the law of descn�d -.of the State of Nebraska,
