<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF FINAL DECREE
<br />PERRY HACK,DECEASED
<br />Now on this 29 day f 1926 this cause came on for hearing y October , , g Wpon the final report
<br />of Benjamin J.Cunningham,Administrator of the estate of Perry Haek,deoeased,it appearing to
<br />the satisfaction of the court,from the proof now on file,that notice was given to all per-
<br />sons interested in the filing of said report and of the time fixed for final settlement of
<br />said estate by publication and that no one has appeared to object to the allowance of said
<br />report,and after full examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in
<br />all respects and ought to be allowed ;that said administrator has accounted for all of said
<br />estate which came to his possession,that there remains no money or other property in his
<br />hands for distribution or belonging to said estate.
<br />The court finds that the creditors of the said Perry Hack,deceased,were duly notified
<br />by publication,for four consecutive weeks, as required by law,as to the time limited and
<br />place appointed for filing claims against said estate,that the time allowed for filing
<br />claims has fully expired,that all claims filed against said estate have been paid,that all
<br />other claims outstanding against said deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred;
<br />that no claims of any nature were filed against said estate,exoept those,allowed and paid.
<br />The court further finds that the said Perry Hack departed this life on the lot day of
<br />March,1922;that he was at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska ;that he
<br />died intestate;that he was never married and left no surviving widow,or children,father or
<br />mother,or brother or sister,and that he left surviving him as his heirs at law and only
<br />heirs at law the following named persons,to -wit:

<br />William L.Harrison,a nephew,now deceased,
<br />Vaul Allen,a nephew,
<br />Melisa Allen Timmons,a niece,
<br />William Moore,a nephew,
<br />Tillman Moore,a nephew,

<br />Andrew Haok,a nephew,
<br />Joseph Haok,a nephew,
<br />Tillman Woodford Haok,a nephew,
<br />George W.Haok, nephew,
<br />Mary Hack Holder,a niece
<br />William H.Hack,a nephew,
<br />James T.Hack,a Nephew,
<br />Charles Brewer;a nephew,
<br />Ross Brewer,a nephew,
<br />Anna Brewer,a niece,
<br />Newton Allen,a nephew,now deceased,
<br />The court further finds that the said Perry Hack,was at the time of his death,the owner
<br />of the South Half of the-Northeast quarter (Sf NE *) and the North Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (N %1) of Section Thirty (30) in Township (10) North,of Range Ten (10) West of the
<br />6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska;and that under the Law of Descent of the State of Nebraska,

<br />said real estate descended as follows at his death in absolute title to:
<br />Rebecca Ricketts Henderson,a nieee,an undivided one - eighteenth thereof.
<br />William L.Harrison,a nephew,now deceased,an undivided one - eighteenth thereof.
<br />Vaul Allen,a nephew,an undivided one - eighteenth thereof.
<br />Melisa Allen Timmons,a nieoe,an undivided one- eighteenth thereof.
<br />William Moore,a nephew,an undivided one - eighteenth thereof.
<br />Tillman Moore,a nephev,an undivided one - eighteenth thereof.
<br />William P.Ricketts,a, nephew,an undivided one - eighteenth thereof.
<br />Andrew Haok,a nephew,an undivided one - eighteenth thereof.
