<br />Attorney or Adams County, and the court finds that the value of the part of the assets of the�j

<br />estate of the deceased subject to and chargeable with a state inheritance tax is the sum of

<br />$7321.29,and that the amount of state inheritance tax chargeable to said estate is the sum I(
<br />of $73.21 and that the same and each part thereof has been duly paid and satisfied,and'said
<br />estate or any part thereof,or the,right to have,take,receive and enjoy the assets of said
<br />estate is not further liable for or charged with any tax or liability in any amount. i?
<br />That each and all of the allegations contained in the petition for settlement,and report �!
<br />and account of the executrix,filed herein,are true,and the executrix should be discharged and!;

<br />relieved of all liability and responsibility In reference to this matter,and because of her i
<br />having acted as such executrix,and her bond should be cancelled and released.
<br />IT`IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT:
<br />That the matters heretofore stated in the findings,and each of them,are hereby decreed to
<br />be true.
<br />That any and all claims not heretofore filed herein be and the same are hereby forever barred.
<br />That Susan Rapp ,widow of the deceased,Tacy Rapp and Effie M.Rapp,daughters of the deceased,;'
<br />be and they are hereby decreed to be the next of kin and heirs at law of the deceased;that
<br />the real estate of which the deceased died seized,and heretofore described herein,be and
<br />it is hereby assigned,in accordance with the terms and provisions of the will of the deceased
<br />and the provisions of the laws of the state of Nebraska,to Susan Rapp,widow of the deceased,a
<br />solutely in fee simple;that Susan Rapp be and she is hereby decreed to have a life estate in
<br />and to the premises hereinbefore described,as contituting the.homeetead-of the deceased at
<br />the time of his death;that all personalproperty belonging to said estate be and it is hereby
<br />distributed to Susan Rapp and that said executrix be and she is hereby discharged as executri
<br />of said estate,and that she be and she is hereby relieved and acquitted of all liability and 'e-
<br />sponsibility herein,and her bond is hereby cancelled and released. ?'
