<br />for its examination and approval,and the evidence,and was submitted to the court,and the
<br />i court finds:
<br />That this is the time and place designated for the hearing of said petition and the report`
<br />and account in this matter,and that due notice thereof has been given as provided and requir6i
<br />by law and the order of this court.
<br />That William Rapp died testate,a resident of Adams County,Nebraska,,on the 17th day Of December,
<br />1925: that by proceedings duly instituted and had in this court,the will of the deceased was
<br />on the 30th day of January,1926,duly examined,proved,probated and ordered recorded as such
<br />and said will with a proper certificate of probate attached thereto,is now on file-and of
<br />record in this court and matter.
<br />That said will of the deceased,together with certificate of probate,is as follows:
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD ,AMEN.
<br />I,William. Rapp of Hastings;in the County of AdamsState of Nebraska,being of sound mind an4
<br />memory,dnd considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore make,or�ain,
<br />publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament: it
<br />FirstJ order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and funei-
<br />al expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />Second,After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath unt
<br />my wife,Susan Rapp,all my estate both real and personalwherever situated. I have devised and
<br />bequeathed my said estate to my said wife entire having full confidence in her judgment and
<br />ability to handle same and knowing that she will care for and provide for our two daughters
<br />Tacy Rapp and Effie M.Rapp as mpLy be just and right. I request that my Executrix hereinafter
<br />named be qualified without bond.
<br />Lastly,I make,constitute and appoint Susan Rapp,my wife,to be Executrix of this my last
<br />Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOFJ have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,the third day
<br />of October in the year of our Lord,one thousand nine hundred and ten. 11
