<br />property in the sum of $387q.45;
<br />that she left as her heirs at law and only heirs at law, l+
<br />Albert T.Searson,James W.Searson,Charles D.Searson and Edwin A.Searson,her sons,her husband I�
<br />having preceded her in death.
<br />The Court further finds that according to the provisions of the last will and testament
<br />of said deceased,all of said property was devised and bequeathed unto Charles D.Searson,in
<br />trust,for the use and benefit of himself and his brothers,Albert T.Searson,James W.Searson
<br />and Edwin A.Searson,in equal shares as provided by said will. l

<br />The Court further finds that said Charles D.Searson has made distribution of the personal
<br />property which came into his possession,in accordance with the provisions of said last will

<br />and testament,and that receipts for same have been filed in this Court. I
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDEgED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that according to the provisions of said last
<br />will and testament ,the Southwest Quarter ( SWJ) of Section Twenty -two (22) ,Township Eleven
<br />(11) North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M.,Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend to
<br />Charles D.Searson in trust for himself and his brothers,Albert T.Searson,James W.Searson and a
<br />Edwin A.Searson,and that said Charles D.Searson holds said premises free from all influem e
<br />or control on the part of any one,and that upon his d'i'sposing of said real estate one-fourth
<br />of the net proceeds are to be paid to Albert T.Searson,one- fourth (J) to James W.Searson,

<br />one- fourth (�) to Edwin A.Searson and one - fourth (J) to Charles D.Searsoh,and said real estate
<br />is hereby awarded to said Charles D.Searson,as trustee,said estate closed and the Executor
<br />discharged and his bond released.

<br />I,Jennie Searson being of sound and disposing memory do make this my last will revoking forme
<br />wills by me made.
<br />I appoint my son Charles D.Searson executor of this will end request that he be permitted to
<br />perform the duties of that office without giving any bond or security therefor.

<br />After the payment of all my just debts,expenses of my last illness and the expenses of my fun -
<br />eral I give,devise and bequeath tll my property both real and personal to my said son Charles'!
<br />D.Searson to be taken,held and disposed of by him in the manner and form herein after provide�p.
<br />My said son shall hold said property in trust for himself and my sons Albert T.James W.and
<br />Edwin A.Free of all influence or control on the part of any one ;and he shall windup his trust -'

<br />eeship as soon as he finds it expeditious so to do and shall form time to time divide the pro -
<br />ceeds from such disposition into four parts,after the payment first of the eapenses incident
<br />to such trusteeship and to such sale or other disposition of my property,and shall pay over
<br />to his brothers as above set forth one fourth each of the funds so distributed. My purpose in
<br />putting my property into said trust is to give my said son full control over all my property
<br />and to dispose of it upon the most advantageous terms,which he is better enabled to do than
<br />if the real estate which I own should go to all four of my sons,whom I loved equally well.
