<br />I ,Fritz Spatholt of the County of Hall and state of Nebraska,being of sound mined and
<br />blessed be Almight God for the same,considering the uncertainty of this mort al life,do make j

<br />and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following,that is to say:
<br />First.,I.direct that my funeral expenses,the expenses of my last sickness,and all my just
<br />debts be paid out of my personal property by my hereinafter named executrix.

<br />Second.,I give and bequeath to the daughters of my oldest son Fritz Spatholt,deceased,namely :j
<br />Linda Spatholt and Frieda Spatholt each the sum of Five Dollars,to be paid to each of my said1
<br />grandchildren immediately after my death by my hereinafter named executrix.,
<br />Third.,I give and bequeath to my daughter Lizzie Remy the sum.of Five Dollars to be paid to
<br />her my said daughter immediately after my death by my said executrix.+
<br />Fourth.,I give and bequeath to my son Armand Spatholt the sum of Five Dollars to be paid to jl
<br />him,my said son,immediately after my death by my said executrix.
<br />Fifth.,I give and bequeath to my son Louis Spatholt the sum of Five Dollars to be paid to him
<br />my said son,immediately after my death by my said executrix
<br />Sixth.,I give and bequeath to my daughter Ella Loedcher of Grand Island,Neb.the sum of Five
<br />Dollars to be paid to her,my said daughter,immediately after my death by my said executrix.
<br />Seventh.,I give and bequeath to my daughter Lydia Spath < the sum of Five Dollars to be paid
<br />to her my said daughter immediately after my death by my said Executrix.

<br />Eighth.,I give and devise to my wife Charlotte Spatholt all the Real Estate of which I die
<br />possessed to have and to hold with all the tenements and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br />to her my said wife and to her heirs forever,upon the express condition that my said wife
<br />remain unmarried after my decease;but in case my said wife marries again after my death I
<br />hereby revoke the devise to her made herein and direct that all of my Real Estate of which
<br />I die possessed shall descend to my heirs- at- law,namely my above -named children,in equgl

<br />shares,subject however to my said wife's right of homestead and dower in the same manner as i I
<br />had died intestate with respect to my said Real Estate.
<br />Ninth.,I give and bequeath to my said wife all the personal property of every kind and des -
<br />cription,goods,chattels,money and credits,of which I die possessed and which remains after

<br />paying the expenses and legacies set out in the first seven
<br />paragraphs of this my last will a*d

<br />Tenth.,I hereby appoint my said wife Charlotte Spatholt to be the sole executrix of this my i
<br />last Will and Testament.
<br />Eleventh.,I hereby revoke and declare null and void all of the former Wills made by me.
