<br />THE LAST WILL OF MARGARETHA LINDEMANN._
<br />I,Margaretha Lindemann,make this my last will,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />I appoint Arthur C .Mayer,Attorney- at- law,Executor of this nd provide that he shall pay
<br />allAebts,expenses of last illness,funeral charges and expenses incident to probating this
<br />will and administering my estate out of my personal property as soon as that can be conven-
<br />iently done.
<br />All of my real estate I give,devise and bequeath unto the said Arthur C.Mayer to be sold
<br />and conveyed by him,as my children may direct,so soon as said property can be sold,and the
<br />proceeds held by said Executor be distributed according to.the terms of this will. Said Exe-
<br />tutor may sell said real estate without order of court or license first obtained from any j
<br />To my granddaughter,Hildegard Schneider,I give my piano.

<br />My large bookcase,I give to my son,Alexander.
<br />The balance of my furniture,household goods,jewelry,beds and bedding,I give and bequeath
<br />to my sons, _ Alexander Lindemann and Hani Lindemann,and my grandchildren,Max Tsehaude ,
<br />Ernest Tschauder and Hildegard Tschauder,share and share alike. 0
<br />To my son,Hani Lindemann,I give the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars.
<br />To my grandchildren,Max Tschauder,Ernest Tschauder,Hildegard Tschauder,Raymond Lindemann,;;
<br />Evelyn Lindemann,Ernest Lindemann and Donald Lindemann,each,I give Two Hundred Twenty -five
<br />Dollars.
<br />To the City of Grand Island,I give the sum of One Hundred Dollars for the perpetual upkeep
<br />of my cemetery lot,unless I have made other arrangements with the City before my death. My
<br />Executor shall cause a monument to be placed upon my lot,to be selected by my children,costi
<br />not more than Two Hundred Dollars.
<br />To my son- in- law,Franz Tschauder,I give One Hundred Dollars.
<br />The balance,rest and residue of my estate shall be divided into two equal parts,one part
<br />of which I give and bequeath to my son,Alexai3der Lindemann;the other half shall be divided
<br />into three equal parts of which I give my grandchild,Max Tschauder,one part,or =;One -sixth
<br />of the residue of my estate,and to my grandson,Ernest Tschauder,I give one part,or One -Sixth j
<br />of the residue of my estate and the remaining part,or One -sixth of the residue of my estate,

<br />shall be held by my Executor for the use and benefit of my granddaughter, Hildegard Schneider'
<br />She shall receive the income of said share until such time as she may decide to buy herself

<br />a home and said Executor shall then pay her share of my estate for such home as she may
<br />seleo6E.
<br />All legacies shall be paid as soon as can conveniently be done,and I request my granddaughter
<br />Hildegard,to buy herself a home as soon as that can be conveniently done.
<br />Should my said granddaughter die before I die,then that part of my estate which would
<br />have come to her shall go to her children.
