<br />The Court further finds that said Matilda Schwartz,at the time of her death was the
<br />owner in fee of Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Five (5) of Kernohan and Decker's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and that upon her death,said real estate
<br />passed and descended by operatiog of law as follows:
<br />To John Schwartz,Carl Schwartz and Otto Schwartz,each an undivided One- fourth (j) inter-
<br />estyand to Henry Schwartz,Charles Schwartz,Harry Schwartz,Rose Luh n and Tillie Vierk,each
<br />a one - twentieth (1 120) interest.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block
<br />Five (5) of Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />passed and descended by operation of law on the death of said Matilda Sohwartz,as follows:
<br />To John Schwartz,Carl Schwartz and Otto Schwartz,each an undivided One- fourth (j) inter-
<br />est,and to Henry Schwartz,Charles Schwartz,Harry Schwartz,Rose Luhh and Tillie Vierk,each
