<br />proved,probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate
<br />of said Joseph V.Balmat,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records
<br />of the Court aforesaid.

<br />JOSEPH V.BALMAT FINAL DECREE.
<br />DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 10th.day of June,1926,this matter came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of the Executrix after due notice by publication as by law and the orders of this court
<br />required had been given to all persons interested as to the time fixed and - place appointed
<br />for hearing said report ,and there being no objections on file and no one appearing in person
<br />to object thereto,the Court examined said report and found the same to be correct in alb.,
<br />respects and that it should be approved as and for the final accounting of said Executrix.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the Executrix be
<br />and the same is hereby' approved and allowed as and for her final accounting.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice by publication as by law and the orders of this
<br />court required,has been given to all oreditors and to other persons interested as to the
<br />time fixed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate,and that said time
<br />has fully elapsed and determined and that all claims filed against said estate have been
<br />paid and fully satisfied and that any claims not so filed,if any such there be,should be
<br />forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims filed against said estate
<br />have been paid and fully satisfied and that any claims not so filed,if any such there be,
<br />should be and the same are hereby forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that Joseph V.Balmat,who was also known as J.V.Balmat,departed
<br />this life on the 16th.day of October,1925,while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,and that he left a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate
<br />in this court on the 29th.day of November,1925,and is now on record in this offioe;that said
<br />Joseph .V.Balmat left surviving him as his heirs at law and only heirs at law,Henry B.Balmat,
<br />Pearl J.Balmat,Mabel Denmah,Evline Blanche Steel and Stella Campbell,his children,his wife
<br />have preceded him in death.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Joseph V.Balmat,at the time of his death was the
<br />owern in fee of Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Twenty (20) of the Village of Alda,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,and that according to the provisions of said last will and testament,Lot Two
<br />t2) in Block Twenty (20) of the Village of A1da,Hall County,Nebraska,was devised to Pearl J.
<br />Balmat -and that Lot Three (3) in Block Twenty (20) of the Village of klc&,Hall County,Neb-
<br />raska,was devised to Henry B.Balmat and Evline Blanche Steel,and that the property above des-
<br />cribed constituted the sole estate of said deceased.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that according to the provisions of said
<br />last will and testament of Joseph V.Balmat,deceased,who was also known as J.V.Balmat,Lot
<br />Two (2) in Block Twenty (20) of the Village of A1da,Hall County,Nebraska,passed and descend-
<br />ed to Pearl J.Balmat and the same:,is hereby awarded to her to have and to hold to her and her
