1 c� tp V11 D DEVISE J 1D I) D <br />JOURNAL COMPANY, LINCOLN, NEB._ - - _---- -- -,-- <br />annexed,has paid to Jay A.Harding and George H.Harding,the sum of One Thousand Dollars <br />($1000.00),and the sum of Eighteen Dollars ($1$.00) to George H.Harding,as set forth in said <br />agreement. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested <br />in said estate of the time and place fixed for filing claims against said estate,and that the <br />time so fixed has fully expired,and all persons having claims against said estate,if any such <br />there be,are forever barred,and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against' <br />said estate. <br />The Court further finds that the Administratrix,C.T.A.,has paid the inheritance tax due <br />under the laws of the State of Nebratka ;that said estate is not subject to the Federal estate <br />tax;that said Administratrix,C.T.A.has paid all claims filed, in said estate and the.expenses <br />of administering said estate and has paid the funeral expenses and expenses of the last, illness,, <br />and that she has paid to herself as the sole legatee under said last will and testament all of <br />the personal property remaining after the payments,as aforesaid,and that nothing further <br />belonging to said estate remains in her possession or under her control. <br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said <br />Anna May Harding Bossen as such Administratrix,with will annexed,be,and the same is hereby <br />in all things approved and allowed as and for her final report,said estate is hereby settled <br />and closed and said Administratrix,with will annexed,discharged and her bondsman released. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims <br />against the estate of said deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred,enjoined and ex- <br />cluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that by virtue of the testamentary <br />disposition of the real estated owned by the said James A.Harding,deceased and by the agreemeh* <br />filed in this court on the 26th day of June,1926,which said testamentary disposition and agree- <br />ment have been ratified,approwed and confirmed by the execution and delivery of the quit claim <br />deeds signed by all the heirs at law and their spouses,that the real estate hereinafter set <br />forth did,upon the death of the said James A.Harding,deceased,pass and descend as follows: <br />To Jay A.Harding the following described real estate: The North half of the North half of the <br />North half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty -nine (29) Township Nine (9) ;North of <br />Range Nine (9),West of of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska. <br />To Jay A.Harding the following described real estate: The West half (WJ) of the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE�) of Section Three (3),in Township Nine (9),North of Range 9,West of the 6th Principal <br />Meridian,in Mall County,Nebraska. <br />To George H.Harding the following described real estate :The South half ($J),the South Half <br />of the North half (S4*) and South half of the North half of the North half ( S4NINI) of the <br />Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Twenty --nine (29),in Township Nine (9),North of Range Nine <br />(9),West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska. <br />To Anna May Harding Bossen the following described real estate;The Easterly One -half of Lot <br />Seven (7 ),in Block Fourteen (14),Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall <br />County,Nebraska;Also the Westerly five feet of Lot Eight (8),in Block Fourteen (14),Arnold <br />& Abbott's Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska,being a rectangular strip of ground having a <br />Southerly frontage of five (5) feet on Third 5treet,a depth of 140 feet,aind bounded on the West <br />by Lot 7 in said Block. <br />To Anna May Harding Bossen the following described real estate: The East half of the North- <br />. east Quarter (E-ffl NE4) of Section Eight (8),Township Nine (9),North,of Range Nine (9),West <br />of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska,containing 90 acres more or less according to the <br />
