The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for filing claims against said estate,and that the time so fixed has fully expired,and all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,are forever barred,and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against' said estate. The Court further finds that the Administratrix,C.T.A.,has paid the inheritance tax due under the laws of the State of Nebratka ;that said estate is not subject to the Federal estate tax;that said Administratrix,C.T.A.has paid all claims filed, in said estate and the.expenses of administering said estate and has paid the funeral expenses and expenses of the last, illness,, and that she has paid to herself as the sole legatee under said last will and testament all of the personal property remaining after the payments,as aforesaid,and that nothing further belonging to said estate remains in her possession or under her control. IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said Anna May Harding Bossen as such Administratrix,with will annexed,be,and the same is hereby in all things approved and allowed as and for her final report,said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Administratrix,with will annexed,discharged and her bondsman released.
