<br />2nd,1923,duly signed,witnessed and acknowledged,and conveying to the said Anna May Harding
<br />(Bossen) the following described real estate: The Westerly five feet of Lot Eight (8),in
<br />Block Fourteen (14) of Arnold and Abbottle Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska,being a reotang-
<br />ular strip of ground having a Southerly frontage of five (5) feet on Third Street,a depth
<br />of 140 feet,and bounded on the West by Lot 7 in said Block.
<br />6. Warranty deed from James-A.Harding,Widower,to Anna May Harding (Bossen),dated June 19th
<br />1916,duly signed,witnessed and acknowledged,and conveying to the said Anna May Harding
<br />(Bossen) the following described real estate: The East half of the Northeast Quarter of
<br />Section Eight (9),Township Nine (9),North,of Range Nine (9)-,West of the 6th P.M.,in Hail
<br />County,Nebraska containing 80 acres more or less according to the government survey.
<br />The Court further finds that subsequent to the death of the said James A.Harding,said
<br />sealed envelope was opened by the heirs at law of the said James A. Harding, dec eased, aad that
<br />a written agreement was entered into by the said heirs atlaw ratifying,approving and confirm
<br />said distribution,w4ich agreement was executed by all the heirs at law and the said James A.
<br />Harding,deeeased,and has been filed in this court.
<br />The Court further finds that subsequent to the entering into of said contract the respectil
<br />heirs at law and their spouses.made,executed and delivered to each other quit claim deeds to
<br />perfect the disposition of the real estate contemplated by the said James A.Harding,deeeased
<br />in the execution of the said deeds.
<br />The Court further finds that the said heirs at law in writing consented to the probate
<br />of said last will and testament.
