<br />FINAL DECREE WILL AND CERTIFICATE
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />In the Matter
<br />of the FINAL DECREE
<br />Estate of James A.Harding,
<br />Deceased.,
<br />Now on this 11th day of December, 1926, this cause came on for hearing upon the petition
<br />and final report of Anna May Harding ,Bossen,Administratrix,with will annexed,of the estate of
<br />James A.Harding,deceased,for the settlement of said estate and her discharge herein,and the
<br />Court having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises,finds that
<br />due and legal notice has been given to.all persons of the time and place fixed for a hearing
<br />upon said report and petition,as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the Court having examined
<br />said report,together with the vouchers and other evidence on file,£inds that said report is
<br />true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for
<br />the final report of said Administratrix,with will annexed,and that said estate should be settled
<br />and closed aid said Administratrix,with will annexed,discharged and her bondsman released.
<br />The Court further finds that the said James A.Harding died testate at his home in Grand
<br />Island,Hall County,Nebraska,on the 8th day of June,1926,and that his last will and testament
<br />was duly prove$allowed and admitted to, probate in this Court on the 21st day of July,1926;
<br />that the said James A.Harding was.a widower at the time of his death and left surviving him
<br />as his heirs at law,legatees and devisees,and his only heirs at law,legatees and devisees,the
<br />following named persons: Jay A.Hardilig,a son,of lawful age;George H.Harding,a son,of lawful
<br />age;and Anna May Harding Bossen,a daughter,of lawful age..
<br />The Court further finds that the maiden name of the said Anna May Harding Bossen. and the name
<br />by which she was mentioned in the said last will and testament,was Anna May Harding,but that
<br />subsequent to the execution of said last will and testament,the said Anna May Harding married
<br />one Chester BcEssen#nd the Court further finds that the said Anna May Harding Bossen,Anna May
<br />Bossen and Anna May Harding are one and the same person.
<br />The Court further finds that the said last will and testament of the said James A.Harding,
<br />deeeased,covered only the personal estate of the said James A. Harding ,deceased,and..bequeathed
<br />s
<br />all of the personal estate of which the said James A.Harding died possessed to Anna May Harding
<br />Bossen,and that it set forth therein the following clause;
<br />"Having heretogore made ample provisions for my children,George H.Harding,Jay A.Harding and
<br />Anna May Harding by conveyance to them of certain real estate.Deeds therefor being deposited
<br />in escrow."
<br />The Court further finds that said will and said deeds hereinafter referred to were contained in
<br />an envelope at the time of the death of the said James A.Harding,which had written upon it
<br />the follwi.ng words;
<br />"Instructions to the Bank of "Doniphan.The contents of this envelope are to be delivered
<br />to the different Grantees for record in event of my death. The same to be held in this envelope
<br />sealed until that time."

<br />That said envelope had been open.ed,but said will and the deeds and open ed envelope were con-
<br />tained in a sealed envelope which had written upon it the following words;
<br />"Instructions to First National Bank of Grand.Island,Nebr. The contents of the within
<br />envelope are to be delivered to the Grantees named in the Deeds therein in the event of my
<br />death,the Will to be delivered to the County Judge of Hall County.
