<br />I,Niels Christen Christensen,of Boelus,Nebraska,being of`sound mind,memory and understanding,
<br />considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof,and being desirous'
<br />to settle my wordly afairs,and thereby be the better prepared to leave this world when it
<br />shall please the Almighty to call me hence,do therefore make and publish this my last Will
<br />and Testament,hereby revoking and annulling all Wills by me heretofore made,in manner and form
<br />following,that is to say:
<br />FIRST,and principally,I commit my soul &nto the hands of Almighty God,and my body to the
<br />earth,to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named;and my Will
<br />is ,that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named
<br />as soon after my decease as shall be convenient;
<br />SECOND,I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved Wife Marie Elizabeth Christensen all of my
<br />Real Estate consisting of 154 Acres More or Less in Section 5 Township 12 Range 12 situated in

<br />Hall County,Nebraska and all my Personal Property,for and during her Natural Life and.as long
<br />as she is single.
<br />And in case my beloved Wife Marie Elizabeth Christensen should pass away without making a Will,,
<br />all of said Real Estate and Personal pr6perty shall go to my children,Erna Elizabeth,Anna Dine,
<br />and Marie Kathrine,and be equally divided.
<br />And in case my beloved,wif a Marie Elizabeth Christensen should remarry she shall set aside
<br />Two - thirds (2/3) of the Valuation of said Real Estate and Personal Property and to be equally
<br />divided among my three children Erna Elizabeth,Anna Dine,and Marie Kathrine
<br />Third,All the rest and residue of-my estate,both real,pdrsonal and mixed,I give,devise and
<br />bequeath to my
<br />and to them and their heirs and assigns forever,share and share alike,as tenants
<br />in common.
