<br />IT IS_,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said I.R.A1ter2Executor
<br />of the Last Will and Testament of the said Otto Krueger,deceased,be and the same is approved
<br />as and for his final report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner
<br />provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said
<br />deceased;that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims allowed
<br />and filed against said estate have been fully paid and settled;that the funeral expenses of
<br />said deceased and the costs of administration of said estate have been fully paid and that
<br />all outstanding claims against said estate,not filed,if any such there be,are forever barred';,
<br />and excluded.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever bared
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Otto Krueger,de-
<br />ceased,and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that said estate is not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska nor to federal estate tax under the laws of the United States of America..
<br />The Court finds that said Executor has received in cash from all sources the sung of
<br />$79.53 ;that he has expended in cash in the course of said administration the sum of $135.00;'
<br />that the excess of expenditures of receipts has been made by payment from the sole legatee
<br />and devisee and that the Executor makes no claim on account of said deficiency.'
<br />The Court finds that the said Otto Krueger departed- this life on the 15th day of June,
<br />1925,leaving a last Will and Testament which was admitted to probate on the 15th day of July,
<br />1925;that the said Otto Krueger died seized as the owner in fee simple of the following des-
<br />cribed real estate,situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to —wits
<br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W� SEJ) of Section Thirty —three (33) in Township
<br />Eleven (11),North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska ;The East Half
<br />of the Southeast Quarter (E SE�) of the Southeast Quarter (SFJ) of Section Four (4),Township
<br />Ten (10)_North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />That by the provisions of said Last Will and Testament of the said Otto Krueger,deceased,the
<br />said above described real estate did pass and descend in fee simple to Carrie Krueger,wife of
<br />the said Otto Krueger,deceased.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,CONSIDERED BY THE COURT,that under the terms and provisions of the Last
<br />Will and Testament of the said Otto Krueger, deceased, all of the above mentioned real estate
<br />did pass and descend at his death to his widow,Carrie Krueger,in fee simple.
