W ILL,OERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD,AMEN
<br />I,Otto Krueger of Alda in the County of Hall,State of Nebraska,being of sound mind and mem-
<br />ory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore make,
<br />ordain,publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and fun-
<br />eral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND,After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,deVise,and bequeath unto
<br />my beloved wife Carrie Krueger all my property,real and personal,eonsisting of seventy seven
<br />and one half (771) acres of land in Section 33,Center Township Hall County,Nebr and twenty
<br />acres of land in Alda Township,and oash ,live- stock,machinery,hay,grain eto.
<br />LASTLY,I make,constitute and appoint I.R.Alter to be Executor of this my last Will and Testa-
<br />ment,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,the 9th day of
<br />June in the year of our Lord,one thousand nine hundred twenty five. J.

<br />said testator Otto Krueger,to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at
<br />his request have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses in his presence and in the pre-

<br />and testament of Otto Krueger,deoeased,was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 15th
<br />day of July 1925,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,pro-
<br />bated and allowed as the 1-st will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Otto
<br />Krueger,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the County afore-
<br />said.

<br />I.R.A1ter,Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Otto Krueger,deceased,and it appearing
<br />to the court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all persons interested in
<br />said estate of the filing of said report as required by law and by order of this Court,and
<br />it further appearing to the court,after full examination,that the account exhibited by said
<br />Executor is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed,and it further appea:
