<br />the residue of said real estate passes,by absolute title,to the children of said James Mc-
<br />Clurkin and Margaret McClurkin Shultz,grarlchildren of said Samuel McClurkin,deceased,share a1d
<br />share alike,as provided by the terms of said will.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Samuel G.McClurkin,Jr.,Executor of the last will and testament of the said Samuel McClurkin,
<br />deceased,be,and the same hereby is,in all things,allowed and approved as and for the final
<br />report,said estate is hereby settled and closed,and said Executor discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of the said Samuel McClurkin, deceased, if any such there be,are forever
<br />barred,excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate,
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms amddprovisions-
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Samuel MoOlurkin,deceased,James McClurkin,a son
<br />of said deceased,takes a life estate in the real estate hereinbefore described,and that upon
<br />the death of the said James McClurkin,Ma.rgaret McClurkin Shultz,a daughter of said deceased,
<br />if then living,takes a life estate in said real estate,and that upon the death of both of
<br />said James McClurkin and Margaret McClurkin Shultz,the residue of said real estate passes,by
<br />absolute title to the children of the said James McClurkin and Margatet McClurkin Shultz,
<br />grandchildren of said Samuel McClurkin,deceased,share and share alike,as provided by the terms)
<br />of said will.,and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
