<br />WILL,CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD,AMEN
<br />I,Sam McClurkin Sr.,of Wood River,in the County of Hall,State of Nebraska,being of sound
<br />mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore
<br />make,ordain,publish and declare this my last WILL AND TESTAMENT,
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and
<br />funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND,After the payment of such funeral expenses and dehts,T give,devise and bequeath unto
<br />my beloved children all my Property both real and Personal as here -in -after provided.
<br />To rpy Son James McClurkin all the personal property consisting of cattle Horses,faxm mach
<br />inery and equipment also the life estate in the following real Estate;The East Half of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of Section No.Thirty -four (34),in Township Eleven North,Range Eleven West
<br />of the Sixth P.M.in Hall County,Nebr.and at the death of My son James I direct that the
<br />Real Estate herein described go to My Daughter Margaret McClurkin Shultz,if then livirl"g,for
<br />the remainder of her life. Following the death of both my Son and Daughter herein named, I
<br />give devise and bequeath the said Real Estate to my Grand children for their benefits and use,
<br />title to go to the said Grand children in fee simple.
<br />LASTLY,I make, constitute and appoint Samuel G.McClurkin,Jr.to be Executor of this my last
<br />Will and Testament,hereby_ revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,the 191' day of
<br />September in the year of our Lord,one thousand nine hundred Twenty five.
