<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I,Henry Frederick Luebs,of Grand Island,Hall County,

<br />Will and Testament in the manner and form following,to -wit:
<br />FIRST :I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses,and expenses of my last sickness
<br />be first paid by my Executors hereinafter named.
<br />SECOND: I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,Anna Luebs the sum of Two Thousand
<br />($2)000.00) Dollars,to be paid in cash as soon as convenient after my death. I also give
<br />to my beloved wife,Anna Luebs,all of household furniture and fixtures and household atticles
<br />except the piano,she to have the use of all of said furniture except the i.ano for and

<br />during her natural life time.I also give my said wife my automobile.
<br />THIRD :I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,Anna Luebs,the Southeast Quarter
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (SEJ NE%I) and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(NEJ SE�) of Section Thirtyi -five (35),Township Ten (10),North,Range Eleven (11),West of the
<br />6th P.M.Hall County,also Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Section Two (2),Township Nine (9),Range

<br />Eleven (11),West,also my home place known as 417 west Seventh Street in the City of Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska,situate on Lot Three (3) in Block Ten (10) of the Original Town,now City
<br />of Grand Island,Hal1 County,Nebraska,for and during her natural life time,she to have the
<br />rents,income,profits and use of all of the above property during her life time. I direct
<br />that she shall keep the home place located on Lot Three (3) in Block Ten (10) in a good
<br />state of repair,pay all taxes thereon and keep the same insured for its insurable value at
<br />her own expense and during her life time,
<br />FOURTH :I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter,Marie Luebs,the home place above
<br />described situate on Lot Three (3) in Block Ten (10) 6f the Original Town of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska,and subject,however,to the life estate hereinbefore bequeathed to my beloved wife.

<br />FIFTH :My beloved son,Herman Luebs and myself are the joint owners of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(S ) of Section Thirty -four (34) in Township Tgn (10)2North,Range Eleven (11),in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,and I hereby give,devise and bequeath to my beloved son,Herman Luebs,my
<br />undivided one -half interest in and to said premises. I also give,devise and bequeath to
<br />my beloved son,Herman Luebs,the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (NJ NEJ) and Lots One
<br />(1) and Two (2) all in section Three (3),Township Nine (9),Range Eleven (11),West of the
<br />6th P.M.in Hall County,tebraska,upon the condition that the said Herman Luebs shall pay to
<br />my beloved daughter,Emma Luebs Tamms,the sum of Four Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars.1nd to
<br />my beloved daughter,Rosa Luebs,the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars. The payment
<br />of said sums shall constitute a lien on the above described premises and shall be paid
<br />withib thirty days after my will is admitted to probate.
