<br />(34),in Township Ten,North,Range Eleven,in Hall County,Nebraska,and an undivided one -rhalf
<br />interest in and to the said premises. Also the North Half of the Northeast Quarter,and Lots
<br />One and Two all in Section Three,Township Nine,Range Eleven,West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,upon the condition that the said Herman Luebs shall pay to Emma Luebs,Tamms
<br />the sum of Four Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars,and to Rosa Luebs,the sum of Three Thousand
<br />($3,000.00) Dollars. The payment of said sums shall constitute a lien on the above described
<br />premises and shall be paid within thirty days after the will is admitt6d to probate.

<br />lien upon the property bequeathed in this paragraph and the payment thereof shall be made
<br />within thirty days after thedeath of Anna Luebs,widow,the said Rudolph H.Luebs to pay interest
<br />on the sums bequeathed to Alma Luebs and Alfred Luebs at the ate of four per cent per annum
<br />beginning at the date of the death of the testator,and continuing until the death of Anna
<br />Luebs,hhs wiie,at wiaich time the bequests shall be paid in full,' Said interest to be payable

<br />Luebs to pay to Henry Luebs,Jr.,the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred 03,500.00) Dollars,
<br />and -the same to cons titute a lien upon the above described premises and to be paid within
