<br />Township Ten (10),Range Eleven (11),in Hall County,Nebraska,Rudolph H.Luebs to pay to Alma
<br />Luebs,and Alfred Luebs,the sum of Four Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars each. The payment of the
<br />above bequests shall constitute a lien upon the property bequeathed in this - paragraph and
<br />the payment thereof shall be made within thirty days after the death of Anna Luebs,widow,
<br />the said Rudolph H.Luebs to pay interest on the sums bequeathed to Alma and Alfred Luebs at
<br />the rate of four per cent per annum beginning at thedate of the death of thetestator,and
<br />continuing until the death of Anna Luebs,hhs wife,at which time the bequests shall be paid
<br />in full. Said interest to be payable annually.

<br />Luebs,Jr.,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars,the same to be paid within thirty days
<br />after the death of the testator,and to constitute a lien on the above described premises.

<br />constitute a lien upon the above described premises and to be paid within thirty days after
<br />the death of the testator.
<br />_ IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the above mentlonec
<br />land described real estate did pass and d esoend,at the death of Henry Frederick Luebs,under
<br />1the provisions of his last will and testament,in the manner following,to -wit:
