<br />�' It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred,excluded and p
<br />eluded from filing or setting up any claims or demand against said estate and that the same
<br />is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Henry Frederick Luebs departed this life on the 6th day of
<br />December,1925,that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,;
<br />Nebraska,and that he left a :last will and testament which instrument was filed for probate
<br />in this court on the 29th day of December,1925,and was duly proved,allowed and admitted to
<br />probate in this court on the 23rd day of January,1926,and recorded in this office.
<br />The court further finds that the said Henry Frederick Luebs died the owner in fee simple
<br />of the following described real estate situate in toe County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br />to-wit:
<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE} NE *) and the Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (NEB SE�) of Section 35,Township 10 ;Range 111Hall County,
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Section Two (2) Township 9,Range ll,West,Hall County,
<br />Lot Three (3)_ in Block Ten (10) of the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Nebr.
<br />The Vest Half of the Northwest Quarter (W2 NWJ) of Section 36,Township Ten (10),North,Range
<br />Eleven (11),in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (r4 NWJ) of Section Thirty -six (36),Township Ten (10),!
<br />Range Eleven (11),West,in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />Lots 3,4,and 5 in the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section Thirty -one (31),Township Ten (10)

<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2) all in Section Three (3),Township Nine (9),Range Eleven (11),West
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of the Last Will and Testament
<br />of the said Henry Frederick Luebs,the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and
<br />descend at the death of the testator in the manner following;to -wit:
<br />To Anna Luebs,his widow,the South -east Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (S4 N4) and the
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE48EJ) of Section Thirty -five (35),Township Ten
<br />(10),North,Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M.Hall County,also Lots One (1) and Two (2)
<br />in Section Two (2),Township Nine (9),Range Eleven (11),Weet,also the home place known as
<br />417West Seventh Street in the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,situate on Lot Three (3) In Block:
<br />Ten (10) of the Original Town,now City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,for and during
<br />her natural life time,she to have the rents,income,profits and use of all of the above property
<br />during her life time,she to keep the home place located on Lot Three (3) in Block Ten (10)
<br />in a 0 od state of repair,pay all taxes thereon and keep the same insured for its insurable
<br />value at her own expense and during her life time.
<br />To Marie Luebs,his daughter,the home place above described,situate on Lot Three (3) in Block
<br />Ten (10) of the Original Town of Grand Island,Nebraska,and subject to the life estate of
<br />Anna Luebs,his widow.
<br />To Herman Luebe',his son,an undivided one -half of the South -east Quarter (SEJ) of Section
