HENRY FREDERICK LUEBS,DECEASED Now on this 17th day of July,1926,'this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of John Luebs and Herman Luebs,Exeoutors of the last will and testament of Henry Frederick Luebs,deceased,and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that notice as required by law has been given to all persons interested as to the filing of said report and of the time fixed for final settlement of said a state,by publication,and no objection or protest has been filed. On examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final account of said executors;that they have accounted for all of the property of said deceased coming into their hands or under their control,have paid the legacies under the will and have made distribution of the per- sonal property in accordance with the terms of the will. The court further finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of .1 I said deceased of the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against his estate, j; and that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding 1 against said deceased and not so filed,if any such there be are therefore forever barred and excluded.
