<br />of said deceased,and that title to the east half of the southeast quarter of Section 32,in

<br />E title,to James H.Longstreth,son and devisee of said deceased,and distribution thereof is

<br />Now on this 12th day of August,1926,this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of
<br />Bryan Cosgriff heretofore filed herein,praying for a settlement of the estate of said de-
<br />ceased,a determination of the heirs of said deceased,their degree of kinship and the right
<br />of descent of her real estate,said petitioner being represented by Horth,Cleary & Suhr,his
<br />attorneys,and it appearing from the proof on file that due and legal notice by publication
<br />in the "Grand Island Daily Independent" a legal newspaper printed in Hall County,Nebraska,for
<br />three consecutive weeks,by law and the order of this court required,has been given to all
<br />creditors,heirs -at -law and persons interested in said estate,of the filing of said petition
<br />and the time and place for hearing thereof,which time was more than thirty days and less than
<br />sixty days after the filing of said petition,and there being no objections thereto,said cause
