<br />of James W.Longstreth,
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 1st day of November,.1926,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />pf Dayton O.Longstreth and James H.Longstreth,Executors of the last will and testament of
<br />James W.Longstreth,deceased,and upon their petition for the allowance of said report,the
<br />settlement of said estate,and their discharge herein,and the Court having examined the record
<br />and files and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been
<br />given to all persons of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said report and petition,!''
<br />as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the Court,having examined said report,together with thq
<br />vouchers on file,and no one appearing to object thereto,finds that said report is true and
<br />correct in all things and that the same ough to be approved and allowed as and for the final
<br />report of said Executors,said estate settled and closed and said Executors discharged .
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the tim
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased,that the time so fixed
<br />has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there bed
<br />are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any suit claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Executors have paid all debts against said estate,the costs
<br />of this proceeding,a.nd the special bequests in favor of Dayton O.Longstreth and:Mamie E.Shoopraan,
<br />and have delivered over to James H.Longstreth what remains of the personal estate of said de
<br />ceased,as residuary legatee under the will of said deceased,and that nothing further remains
<br />in the hands of said Executors belonging to said estate.
<br />The Colirt further finds that the estate of the said James W.Longstreth,deceased,is not
<br />subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,nor to a Federal estate
<br />tax under the laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that the said James W.Longstreth died seized as the owner,by fee
<br />simple title,of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section Thirty -three (33),in Township
<br />Twelve (12),North,Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska,and that under
<br />the terms and provisions of the last will aid testament of said James W.Longstreth,deceased,the
<br />same passes,by absolute title,to Dayton O.Longstreth.
<br />The Court further finds that the said James W.Longstreth died seized as the owner by fee
<br />simple title of the east half of the southeast quarter of Section Thirty -two (32),in Township
<br />Twelve (12) North,of Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska,and that
<br />under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of the said James W.Longstreth,
<br />the same passes,by absolute title,to James H.Longstreth.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Dayton O.Longstreth and James H.Longst�eth,as Executors of the last will and testament of the
<br />said James W.Longstreth,deceased,be,and the same hereby is,in all things approved and allowed
<br />
