<br />Weavers,deceased,if any such exist,are forever barred and precluded,and that further adminis-
<br />tration of the estate of the said Eliza Weavers is hereby dispensed with and the estate of
<br />said deceased is hereby forever settled and closed.

<br />ory,do make,publish and declare this my last will and testament,hereby revoking all former
<br />wills by me made.
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that all my just debts and the expenses of my last sickness and burial and of
<br />administering my estate be first paid out of my personal property.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Dayton O.Longstreth,the West Half of the Southwest
<br />quarter (W.� of S.W.J) of Section Thirty -three (33),in Township Twelve (12),North,of Range
<br />Twelve (12),West,in Hall County,Nebraska.

<br />I give,devise and bequeath to my son,James H.Longstreth,the East Half of the Southeast

<br />Twelve (12),West,in Hall County,Nebraska. My son,Dayton O.Longstreth,has placed certain im-
<br />provements,consisting of a garage and machine shop on the tract of land described in this
<br />clause of my will.He is to be allowed to remove said improvements and buildings,together with
<br />any other improvements or building which he may place upon said land and which he owns at
<br />the time of my death,said removal of said improvements to be made by him within six (6) mont
